Due to his poor complaints handling we requested he left notes on our check out invoice so that we could show this with a formal complaint that I could email to the hotel. Mark advised he had done this and he placed the invoice inside a sealed envelope. I opened the envelope and to my disbelief there were no additional notes of the complaint we raised. When questioned Mark advised he is unable to leave notes on the invoice which made me immediately distrust him and anything he had previously said to me. I have since written a formal complaint via email and it has been over a week without receiving any acknowledgement or reply. This is apparently one of the best hotels in Birmingham city centre. The experience me and my partner faced was more towards the standards of a Travelodge or premier inn and even in those hotels you would receive a much better service with compensation or even refund. I would not usually leave such a review but the experience I faced was disgusting and I was made to feel at blame by Mark and feel I gave pelo choice having had pelo reply or acknowledgement to my formal complaint and believe others should be aware of this awful stay. Had a lovely stay here. Close to railway station and venues check in was fast and easy. I was recognised as an Platinum Elite member and got an upgrade as well. Room was great, clean and comfy with all amenities included. Breakfast was also good with many choices. Will stay here again.

The stadium is fantastic and they've done loads over the years to upgrade and improve. Seats are a touch narrow for wide shoulders but apart from that, and it's very good.
Thoroughly enjoyed watching the game and loved the atmosphere. The views were great regardless of where you were seated. I'd love to go and watch a game here again!
The hotel arranged for some cakes and chocolates to greet my wife in the room for her birthday which was great.
Really nice room with good shower and kitchen area. Free breakfast was great, staff friendly and they had free magazines available for you to take if you wanted. They have a lot of items for sale that you may forget. Great location! Would definitely stay again
We often go to Broadway Casino to play Roulette and to dine within their nice Italian themed restaurant then to finish our night out we test our luck at the Roulette tables. There is ample pre-dinner drinks in the cocktail bar area next to a contemporary smart restaurant that serves really good Italian food, cooked by actual Italian chefs. The restaurant is managed by Kirsty and her staff that we always found to be pleasant and professional.
